We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our custom made candles.  Our candles are made using pure fragrance oils and cotton paper wicks that result in a candle that is clean and long lasting.

Please contact us at within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return.  If the 7 days have passed, unfortunately we can't offer your refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return your items must be unused and in the same condition that it was mailed.


Once you return is received and inspected we will send you a notification via email that we have received your item.  We will also notify you of the decision of your refund.  If approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.


Arina Danielle Candles and Decor will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to initiate an exchange for the same item, email us at


If an item was marked as a gift when you purchased and shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.  Once the item has been received a gift credit code will be emailed to you.  If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give at a later date we will send a refund to the giver.


You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for the return of the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
